Prof. Dr. Robert Peter and co-supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ale\u0161 Omerzu on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The title of the doctoral thesis is: Towards Efficient Photodegradation of Microplastics: Application of Zinc Oxide Thin Films Deposited with Plasma-Enhanced Atomic Layer Deposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This thesis presents a systematic study of zinc oxide thin films prepared by plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition.
