As part of the NPOO project POMERI, an article has been published in the journal Vacuum (Impact Factor 0.783, SJR 2024). The title of the article is: “Photocatalytic properties of thin ZnO films synthesised with plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition at room temperature.” The first author and corresponding author is project member Daria Jardas Babić. The co-authors of the article are Robert Peter, Marko Perčić, Krešimir Salamon, Damjan Vengust, Tina Radošević, Matejka Podlogar and Aleš Omerzu.
