Mattea Mačkić Jovanović participated in „The 2nd Summer School on Scholarly Communication“, held from June 9 to 11, 2025. The summer school was organized by the Croatian Association for Scholarly Communication (CROASC) in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Health Studies at the University of Rijeka, the University of Zadar, the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Zagreb, the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, and the Ruđer Bošković Institute.
The program included workshops on scientific literacy, research transparency, and the ethical use of artificial intelligence.
Participation in this summer school contributed to the development of knowledge and skills related to high-quality and responsible scholarly communication, which is essential for doctoral research and further academic development. It also provided an opportunity to exchange experiences with colleagues from various scientific fields.
