Daria Jardas Babić and Mattea Mačkić Jovanović participated in the “ALD for Industry” conference, held on March 17–18, 2026, in the Eindhoven, Netherlands.
The conference, which included a tutorial session, provided participants with the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the fundamentals of ALD technology and to learn about the latest advancements in the field.
The participants presented their research through poster presentations:
- Daria Jardas Babić : Application of (PE)ALD grown thin films of metal oxides for photocatalytic water purification
- Mattea Mačkić Jovanović : Microstructural Evolution of SnO2 Thin Films Depostited by ALD and PEALD.
