On 18 November 2025, the Faculty of Physics, University of Rijeka, in collaboration with the POMERI project, will organize the 2nd International Workshop on Challenges and Strategies in Degradation of Organic Contaminants Research (WCSDOCR-2025): Small Molecules, Big Problems.
The workshop will bring together researchers in materials science to present recent advances in developing innovative materials for energy solutions, environmental protection, and sustainability. The event warmly welcomes a diverse international community of participants, including master’s and PhD students as well as established researchers, who will present their latest research results. Additionally, renowned experts will deliver keynote lectures, providing valuable insights into the most important scientific trends, breakthroughs, and innovations.
